Estefy started with our firm in September 2017 on a part-time basis straight from Seneca College to assist our firm as a part-time administration position. She was so efficient that we convinced her to transfer her skills to become a staff accountant in 2019. Since then, she has learnt a lot, has prepared hundreds of personal, corporate & trust tax returns, corporate year ends and was the head of our COVID-19 assistance department helping clients get government relief for payroll “CEWS”, rent subsidy “CERS”, the “CEBA” loan, CERB, CRB, etc., during covid. She handles new client registrations with CRA, does a lot of miscellaneous research pertaining to CPP, EI, WSIB, etc. Many clients have talked highly about her patience, helpfulness, and guidance. Estefy also has a special talent for other languages as she is fluent in Cantonese, Spanish and can have a conversation in Mandarin and French. In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts and taking care of her cat.
