1. Personal Information

Prepare the following details:

  • SIN (Social Insurance Number)

  • Date of birth

  • Current address

  • Marital status

  • Direct deposit banking information

  • Notice of Assessment from last year (if available)


2. Income Slips

Gather all CRA income slips such as:

Employment & Benefits

  • T4 – Employment Income

  • T4A – Other income

  • T4A(P) – CPP benefits

  • T4A(OAS) – Old Age Security

Investment Income

  • T3 – Trust income
